By using dunedepot.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Who we are

Dune Depot is an online retailer operating in the United Arab Emirates, at Amal Tower (Al Ghaith Building Construction LLC), Dubai. Our products are sourced, packed and delivered by our fulfilment partner, Tazah Technologies PTE LTD, trading as myzambeel.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour, design and finish may vary slightly based on availability. Product images are illustrative.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include delivery. Taxes are included where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We accept cash on delivery and the online payment methods shown at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for online, we will return the payment.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guarantees.

7. Replacements

Our Refund & Replacement Policy forms part of these terms. We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content without permission.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.
