Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is free on every order. There are no shipping charges added at checkout — delivery is already included in the price you see.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Around 70% of orders dispatch within this window; occasionally stock or courier delays push it slightly longer, and we will tell you if that happens.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery takes a further 1–2 working days. Orders ship from within the UAE.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched.

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.

Failed deliveries

Our courier will attempt delivery and contact you on the number provided. If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the order is returned to our fulfilment centre and cancelled. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout.
